Refund Policy

Your first purchase: if it isn't right for you, write to contact@myscenestudio.com within 7 days and we'll refund you in full. No long explanation needed, though we always appreciate hearing what didn't work.

Later purchases: because scenes are digital downloads, they aren't refundable once delivered. If a file won't open or a download fails, write to us and we'll send you a working copy right away.

How it works

• Include the email address you used to buy.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
• If you were charged twice for the same order, we'll refund the duplicate, always.
• Free scenes aren't purchases, so there's nothing to refund.
